Delivery policy
Delivery options: When you finalize your purchase, you can choose from the following options:
- Standard Delivery - Delivery within 3-7 business days.
Delivery times:
- All orders placed before 15:00 (on working days) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 15:00 or during public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Please note that delivery times can be affected by external factors such as the capacity of the transportation company or unexpected delays.
Order status and tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can follow your delivery via the tracking number provided in the message. If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped, please contact our customer service.
Delivery problems: If your delivery is delayed or there are problems, please contact us immediately. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
