Terms of purchase

These terms of purchase apply between you as a customer and Snapsnap.se (org.nr: 559444-9091) when you shop on our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. General terms and conditions

1.1. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. 1.2. By completing an order, you accept our terms of purchase and our privacy policy. 1.3. We reserve the right to change our terms of purchase at any time. The terms and conditions that apply to your order are those in force at the time of your purchase.

2. Placing your order

2.1. Once you have completed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, but not a guarantee that the goods are available. 2.2. We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in the stock balance, which may result in us not being able to deliver all the goods in your order. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a solution, such as backorder or refund.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices on our website are quoted in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT (25%). 3.2. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price quoted at the time of your order is the one that applies. 3.3. We offer the following payment options:

  • Card payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Invoice (via Qliro): Pay within 14 days of delivery.
  • Partial payment (via Qliro): Possibility to split the payment.
  • Direct payment/Swish: Via your online bank.

4. Delivery service

4.1. We deliver to addresses within Sweden and offer several delivery options. You choose the delivery method at checkout. For more information, see our delivery policy. 4.2. Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days, but may vary depending on product availability and delivery address. 4.3. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of a significant delivery delay, in which case you will be refunded within 10 working days.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

5.1. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the product. 5.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us and return the product in new condition, in its original packaging. 5.3. Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as specially ordered products or consumables with broken packaging. See our returns policy for details. 5.4. In case of an approved return, the price of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or faulty.

6. Complaints

6.1. If a product is defective or does not conform to what was promised, you have the right to complain about it within 3 years according to the Consumer Purchase Act. 6.2. In the event of a complaint, contact us as soon as you discover the fault. You can then choose between repair, replacement or refund, depending on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the situation. 6.3. We cover the shipping costs for approved complaints.

7. Warranty and guarantee

7.1. Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and conditions vary depending on the product. More information on specific warranty conditions can be found in the product documentation or on the product page. 7.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit, arising from the sale. 8.2. Our liability is limited to the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the goods, provided that it is not contrary to Swedish law.

9. Personal data

9.1. When you shop with us, we collect certain personal data in order to process your order. We process your data in accordance with the GDPR. Read more in our privacy policy.

10. Disputes

10.1. In case of disputes, we apply Swedish law. We always strive to resolve disputes in agreement with our customers. 10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the matter is referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or through a trial in a Swedish court.
